Not sure but when we go we can sure as hell let yall know. We have access to a house mostly finished up. We used air matresses for the 6 days. Next trip will be less work more play.

hopefully i can get the money saved up soon enough to get some new tires. hell ive got 40k on my crappy ass tires now that are pretty much like street radials

Your truck could make it stock. My buddys Stock GMC made it. What lift you looking at?

 

Well the more I read on this web site the more I'm confused. What do you have? I was thinking the 3" toytec. I really don't want to "f" it up, u know. I have an old 71 ford that I can do that with.

 

The trails there are pretty tight for long vehicles the only times the GMC didn't follow was due to the tight turns he has and extended cab long bed I have the DB cab short bed.

I have the toytec 3" lift. 884 coil springs, with TRD shocks due to the rear spring TSB I have a block in the rear not add-a-leaf (AAL). I would reccomend the AAL. I also have all the drop brackets and rear axle shims. I also just got in on the Total Chaos Upper control arms. (TC UCA)

i am really going over the logistics of having a meet here in the near future. thinking mid may. lets hammer out a date. if i can get 10 people to commit to show up, then i will do the leg work to organize the whole thing. how does mid to late may sound? do you guys want to just have a meet and greet? i was thinking about renting out one of those spots at burns park. is that centrally located enough for everyone? lets hear some suggestions...

 

That sounds great Jason. My truck is all stock so that might limit me to where we go. The park in Hot Springs sounds like a good place. I have a friend or two that might go also.

 

If you all can get this ball rolling i'll try and make the trip. I'll even be able to check with my buddy and see if we could use his house, its pretty much unfurnished. Does have water, electricity, stove, microwave, and a table, just no chairs or beds. Or anything to wash clothes. I'll keep checking.

 

im not too far out from hot springs. id be down for the ride. im off on weekends now that i changed jobs. my tires suck ass though

 

so you guys want to hit up the offroad park or burns park? send me a pm if you (and or your toyota driving friends) down for a meet, i want to get a tally going. i think for the first meet, we should just do a meet and greet, maybe do some wheeling next time. and that not for me (i love to wheel, just got pulled out of a huge mudhole last night lol) so if you guys want to wheel im down, but it's like 20 bucks a truck if im not mistaken so keep that in mind.
