My sisters ex husband had a yellow 03 with just a few bolts ons and a tune with 31000 miles on it when he sold it 2 years ago. It was clean and fast but still not that fun to drive.

 

Fun to do burn outs and drive fast in a straight line

Went to like our (Rachael and I) 7th Chevelle concert last night. Most intense of the 7, music was loud and heavy.

I go to work all day. I come home. Eat. Then I find myself out in the yard for another 2 hours typically. Not complaining, at all. The house/yard is perking up every day. I've taken to raking the living fuck out of the entire lawn, get all the nasty dead grass and shit that's been piling up in the lawn for however long the house sat empty.

Trucks been doing swell. Wife hates driving it, I love it.

 

Chevelle is in Chattanooga tomorrow. My brother is going... They put on a pretty good show? Where did you see them at?

 

Started my on board air build.

Picked up this compressor on sale for 29.99 at Northerntool after a 10.00 off coupon I had in my mail



Then popped some pilot demples in the tool box and drilled it out.



Noticed while when I was drilling the holes I didn't have any regular silicone. So put some high temp red rtv silicone on the holes and press the bolts through. I forgot how bad that shit stinks. Put a 1/2" rubber mat between the compressor and the bottom of the tool box for no rattles and to eliminate most vibrations. Its actually pretty quite when on. Also drilled a hole in the front of the compressor to the left to run the power from the toolbox to the battery. Still have to decide if I am going to drill through the bed and then silicone it. Not really wanting to.

Tomorrow I will mount the tank in the tool box and put a barrier between everything and my tools. and recovery gear.

 

i was just at northern saturday and me and dad got some stuff. we got come coupons in the mail as well.

 

Saw them in Columbus at the LC Pavilion.

They put on a hell of a show. I would 100% recommend going even you're not big into them, one of the best bands you could ever catch live.

 

so am I going to be the only one without on-board air? it's on my list of things to do, just futher down the list

 

No I don't have it yet ...just the Viair sticker.

 

I have on-board air for my locker lol... I have a Wal-Mart compressor for my tires

 

I was at least going to get a small compressor so I'm not the last one airing my tires back up again

 

Hahaha so does that add air power? Kinda like a magnaflow sticker adds hp

 

I'd say most people don't have on board air. It's not a "requirement" for offroading

 

It's a requirement for me if I go to lbl... so is starting fluid
