So I apparently haven't driven my truck in awhile cause both of my batteries were dead. I had to use the frs to jump start it. Fucking dual optimus

 

Damn, do you have a parasitic draw somewhere? I don't see how the truck just sitting would kill two optimas.

That's what I was thinking. Gid, you know, you should consider this. He'll give you a second opinion, and if you let me drive it...it'd be like a charitable donation to increase the Tacoma-Owner population. Kinda like test driving without the hassle of a dealership.lol

what's everyone doing for new years? Any suggestions for new people?

 

No clue. I used too and turned out it was my cb so I put it on a switch and solved that. I may have another one but it may also be time for new batteries and an alternator. My truck hasn't seen 14 volts in a long time, even after long trips. My batteries are dying a lot faster too. I noticed it at the last meet when I had my lights and stuff on setting up my tent and in that 30 mins, one of my batteries was in the red on my meter, meaning it won't crank the truck. I've had them both for over 4 years, have fully killed both probably over 50 times and always play my stereo and stuff off of just them. A battery test at AutoZone earlier this year said they were still good but I'm thinkin not

I'd let you. I already told you that. I haven't been driving it because my carrier bearing and u joints are terrible and my truck is not at all enjoyable to drive at the moment. Just pissed me off so I'm just not driving it till it's fixed

I'll let you drive it too. I don't really care. I just need to fix this driveline bullshit!!

Just got back from dinner and a movie with this girl that I really like. Let's just say that I may bring her to LBL with me.

Been driving through NC for the past week and finally home, takin the time to relax before the whole "working" starts back up. I am sanding and paintin my sliders tomorrow though, so I'm looking forward to that

Last we talked, around the weekend of the the 11th. As it gets closer I'm sure we'll work out the details after the new year. I went to the wheel shop to see about the 35's, the guy was sick wit the flu so I'm gonna have to check it out again later in the week.

at least it has a warranty. Im just speechless.

Haha I had to. New ball joints and upgraded tie rods are in for the RZR. Picking them up today and might install them tonight. Also gotta put on the skid plate, rock slider that I nocked off, and mount my lights somehow. Looks like a long night ahead. They put in a race track at my local park and it's BAD ASS! We raced all weekend and it was so sloppy wet that you could drift around every turn and do donuts anywhere. It was so much damn fun. I'll be out there from tomorrow till Sunday if anyone feels like coming to Jasper.
