short-term leasing in Augusta area?

I'll be working at Clarks Hill (or Thurmond, whichever u know it as) Lake this summer and need a place to stay short term. ive checked some of the local apartment complexes online and they all do 12 month leases. is anyone familiar with a place that does short term leases (4-6 months) in the area? or better yet, know someone that rents out rooms in their house? ive checked a few on CL but im kinda hesistant about that. thanks in advance.

There's an apartment complex on Davis road call Woodhill. They do month to month but I think it's expensive. I used to live there about 3 years ago. It was a decent place. Can't say how it is now but it WAS.

 

thanks mike i just looked them up. nice place, but like u said, kinda on the high side. 2br wouldnt be bad if i can find a roomate but idk how easy it'll be to find one for such a short period.
