the only one left that is specifically a toyota event is SETO ... and I would guess that the Southern Cruiser Crawl would be as well, since i'm pretty sure it sponsored by a TLCA club.

We always have about ~10-15 toyotas in Harlan for Fall Crawl (mostly NC-TTORA guys) .. our group usually camps at the Evarts campground behind the dairy hut .. and colin and i usually splurge for a cabin or hotel ;) Thats a great group to wheel with, and an even better group to sit around a campfire with :D

we're booked to be in Harlan Oct 21-23 for the Fall Crawl weekend. Not sure if KYMC will have anything going for the event, but the weather has been consistently great each year for that weekend.

I honestly don't think its that bad - last year's attendance was much lower than the year prior. In the 7-8 times we have been, we really don't run into much trouble having to pass groups on the trial - that was always more of an issue at Windrock. Half the fun to me at a big event is seeing the other rigs, watching people on the obstacles and running into people that we haven't seen in a long time.

we are pretty non-discriminatory when it comes to wheeling at Harlan -- we run a LOT of trails, breeze through the easy stuff, run the moderates, and do some parking and walking to watch the built trucks run the extreme stuff. :) Harlan has a great map, so its easy to branch off, meet up later, or just catch back up each evening at the Dairy Hut and campfire.

They didn't have the cabin we wanted available for fall, so we're trying to decide if we'll camp, rent the crappy cabin, or head back to the holiday inn like last year... either way, its all pretty close together and most of our time is spent on the trail, or at the campground in Evarts behind the Dairy Hut.

Might be able to get a couple days off for it. I'll have to see what we have going on at work and make sure I have no schools scheduled.

I have no idea ... I don't remember what all they had last year, if anything as far as an "event" ... we don't really go for that reason, we go for the wheeling :p

OK, so word from the NC TTORA guys is that they're not going to make it to the Fall Crawl event because of several schedule conflicts and they'll likely be going the following weekend ... Oct 27-30 ... we'll likely go whenever they do -

and my birthday is oct 28th! party time!
