putting some things on craigslist right now and figured id drop them in here too incase anyone wants somthing

first up are the carpet floor mats that came with my truck, they are in perfect condition just need to be cleaned up. the fronts are embroidered with the TRD Offroad logo and have the retaining hook holes. i put them on CL for $100 but would take $75 for you guys

second is the stock radio, its non-jbl, 6 disc cd changer. perfect condition as well, took it out last summer when i went aftermarket. on CL for $200, $150 for you guys

and then my stock chrome bumper, no dents or scratches, i think chunky said he wants the hitch, if so wont come with that, will confirm that when i hear back from him but going on CL for $150 without the hitch so $100 for yall

not REALLY trying to come down on the prices but i may be able to work with them a little bit.

 

Any one want to help with a body chop and bumper installation one night this week.

Been a long time since I've owned a truck. Silverado and Ranger back in the day...then a couple SUVs...

Had every intention to get a new Silver TRD Sport Access with the possibility of adding black later on for a nice contrast. The reality is the toughest offroad it will see are the backroads in GW National Forest. Well...I have contrast... I went old school on chrome and drove off the lot with a Limited in Magnetic Gray. I added even more with the polished tube steps.

I'm finding a tough time getting a window tint recommendation. Who do you like? I'd like to find somebody in the Leesburg/Purcellville area. Next I'm heading to Truck'n America in P'ville to check out bed covers...

 

welcome spret! I believe somewhere in this thread someone used a tint shop in Sterling area. I can't remember who though. There is a shop in Chantilly and Woodbridge people have used as well. At the top there is a tab that says "Search this Thread" you can use that to look for "tint shops" and it should bring them up. I'm lazy or I would try to find it for you

I also went to LA Tint and they did a decent job, but after they did the tint, my door cover does this weird pop (pops out about 1/8'') when I roll the window down.

Not sure if this was just a random thing, but I would look around for different places.

I think ive seen you before. You had stickers on the side rear windows. I couldnt tell you where i saw you though, its been a while, but i think it was on 29 south just south of fairfax county parkway. I used to take that way home in the afternoon till they finished the work over on the parkway at fair lakes. I was in a lifted silver double cab tacoma with km2s and a steel plate front bumper. I was admiring your fj.

 

Yeah....I spend a lot of time on 29, 28, 66, etc. I've stared at more than a few tacos....there was one I still look for. It has a frame above the bed, silver double cab, lifted, aftermarket bumper. I always see it near bonefish shopping area.

 

Thanks, guys. I should've added Sterling to my list as I know there are a few good auto related shops in that area. I've been in Ashburn for over two decades. Chantilly works too. I thought I was going to get a truck there, but Leesburg beat them by over $1k...which is good because I prefer supporting the local guys.

I forgot how much chrome shows water spots. I can't remember the last time I dried my wheels.
