    Pulled the intake manifold to install the IMS and found this gunk. How do i get rid of this crap? The runners feel the same way inside. I vleaned the throttle body too and it was nasty.

    That wont hurt anything? I used the last of the carb cleaner on the throttle body but have some brake cleaner. Spray on a rag and wipe down maybe?
