Kyle needs to give me a shout about Kerri's tennis shoes that were left up there when we had that meet! Lol. Did you get too close to a tree to snap it off at the mount? I only ask because I see a spring on the antenna.

So I pulled my truck out yesterday after getting back from out off town and found oil underneath the rear diff. Looks like I have a bad seal where the drive shaft goes in.

Hmm, can't remember what the power train warranty runs. Just finished my 3 year bumper to bumper in April.

Should be 65k, I'd at least get it checked under warranty. Worst they can do is say it's your fault.

Won't be to long. I'll be setting one up after my truck is fixed. Not sure if anyone else is looking to set one up.

Is your breather clogged? The pinion seal is one of the spots it'll leak if the breather isn't doing its thing.

^^^ what he said. Check that breather, and also use LOW pressure with a water hose and clean that area real well. Sometimes a small piece of dirt or debris can get caught at the seal and cause it to leak. Your powertrain warranty SHOULD extend enough to cover it. If you do take it in, make sure they inspect the pinion bearing for excessive play. Do you have any ring/pinion noise when going down the road at a steady 45-50 MPH?

I am moving to Pensacola this fall and I am trying to find a decent offroading site nearby. So far I have had no luck with anything in FL within 4 hours so now I'm looking across state lines. Does anyone know of a good place in southern Alabama?

Not a long shot from Pensacola. I used to live in Milton when I was much younger. Not a bad place to live. :)
