    1. Unfortunately I don't know of many, if any, 4x4 shops around the near area that I can personally call reputable. I trust Alabama Wholesale Tire Pros in Scottsboro with everything on my truck. They do install lifts and pretty much anything else, but I actually had a good friend of mine do my lift for me over a weekend when I was out of town. As far as cutting fenders, I can't speak for him really, but I have my doubts on Alabama Wholesale Tire Pros doing something like that. Again tho, thats just my opinion. About the bumpers, again not speaking for anyone but myself, but that kind of stuff is fun for me to do. Anytime I have major work on my truck I have an "Install Party" with pretty much anyone that wants to have a good time and actually help me with the job. Amazing what kind of "quality work" can get done with a few friends and a reasonable amount of "cold beverages" haha! I actually am planning an install party after Christmas to install my new head unit, door speakers, subs, and amp. (any and all invited, lol)

    2. I am all up for riding and camping whenever. I just need to know a little bit in advance so I can plan ahead. If there is a ride this weekend I won't be making this one. Still gotta trim my fenders a little more to get rid of any and all scrubbing. Plus, tearing down my front end to tighten some bolts on my front fenders along with installing my new clear headlights.

Those willing to drive down to my shop are welcome to get some work done here. Just sayin....lol.

Has anyone checked the upcoming weather for this weekend? Not sure when that big cold front will be coming through. Dallas was in the 70s yesterday, and expected to hit the 20s today. Ice storm coming in from the west, so it eventually will reach us at some point.

Cool. Rain means slippery trails, so more of a challenge. Still not 100% sure I can make it. I remember originally it was talked about being on Saturday. I didn't know it was moved to Sunday, which I can usually make. I will let you all know by Saturday. Where is the meeting place? At Stoney itself, or at the hwy 69 exit?

dont need rain to make it challenging up there. its got tough enough trails as is. just got venture off the main path a little further. and stay in a small group.

dont think we have "meeting places" anymore when we go to stoney since it is pretty dern easy to find.

i know originally it was scheduled for saturday but then folks complained about it being on saturday and not being anble to make it so it was moved to sunday. but like i mentioned earlier do you guys know if they are even open?

Good deal, it is yet to be decided if I will be able to make it. Depends how much work I can get done on studying for finals and finishing my senior project before sunday. Not only that but also whether or not the wifey is gonna be out of town or in town.

I checked a while back that they would be open.

I have mentioned at least twice after the original saturday date was proposed that it was changed to Sunday. The more the merrier. I don't plan to ride alone. Needed Justin to pull me out 3 times last trip.

So far that I have seen, only Me, Justin, Mat and Bill are in consideration. I can't remember if Dave was or not.
