    Just make sure you make your recruiter work! The Coast Guard guys tend to get lazy because of so many applicants and such a small quota...if you let him take his time you wont have as many options. Also be sure to join while still in High School; again you will have more options.:thumbsup: it is extremely competitive to make it into any of the academies...
