Pretty sure there's one on Shore Dr. just passed the ChesBay Bridge Tunnel on the right side as you're headed away from Little Creek Base. Also there's these:

Green Clean Autowash 501 E Little Creek Rd Norfolk, VA 23505

Green Clean Auto Wash, 601 Newtown Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462

In Portsmouth there's one on Victory Blvd.

In Norfolk there's one E. Little Creek about a mile or so from Hampton Blvd.

In Va Beach there's one at Holland and Independence, and one on Indian River before Ferrell Prkwy.

There's one right on base by the hobby shop, just pull into the spot and you might be good to go. If not, go into the office and ask.

You've been watching too much MSNBC!!!

Show me a vehicle where you can conceal a long gun without putting it in some kind of container and I'll show you a possible violation. When I go camping and wheeling I typically have my mossburg up against the rear glass, secured by the head rests.

Virginia, requires a concealed firearm, within a vehicle, to be in a container. Container is not defined. So, glove box, that's a container, map pockets, containers too, holster on your hip, that contains it, as do your pockets.

There is no container requirement for weapons, not concealed.

In Virginia, at age 14, you can be in possession of a shotgun, without parental supervision, walking around a bus stop, and the cops can't do shit. Ask me how I know!
