Uwharrie 15-16 June 2012

Heading out there for the first time this weekend. I checked other posts for a map I saw a while ago (color-coded trails) and couldn't find anything but a post that says "Pic of Map" without a hyperlink. So, if anyone has it please post it. Otherwise, hopefully I will see some of you there and you can show me around if you don't mind. Plan on spending most of the time fishing and riding the trails.

Any information pertaining to the best spots (riding and fishing) let me know. Otherwise, let me know if you will be there and I'll try to find you.

 

Me and my buddy (jerretxx) were talking about riding down after work, but I'm not 100% sure on what the later part of the week holds. There are maps and things like that at El Dorado. URE is pretty easy to navigate, as long as your half way decent at reading a map.

 

Did you ever make it out there? Would be interested in going out there soon if you didnt.

 

Yeah. Got out there at about 10pm and set up camp on Moccasin Creek Rd. Spent the next morning fishing then the after noon riding trails...I'll have pictures on my build page. Some are already loaded into my 'Uploaded Photos'.

I'll probably go up again sometime after July 8th. I'll post another thread to try an establish a meet.
