We've gone camping on one of the many islands in Lake Murray a few times. They are first come, first served... Is this what you guys are thinking about doing. The only problem with this is having to make multiple trips from the main shore to the island with gear & people. If more than 1 boat is involved, it's a lot better.

Well I've got a boat. I think it would be sick to find a place that involves a little wheelin to get too

    Here's ours. 1987 21ft Grady.

Pulled the motor off an old bass boat we had. Just ha a ton of motor work done over this past spring. 175 2 stroke Johnson. Run like a top. Been battling a slow leak coming from somewhere unknown. Had the boat in a slip for a week and bilge took on quite a bit. Had to pull boat out and drain it.

It would be hard to borrow that guy. I don't think I'd attempt to pull it with my truck. We've had issues launching it up here. It's hard at hartwell. The trailer goes off the back of the ramp before that big bitch is floating.

I've pulled it very short distances like to the boat repair guy. And around the yard. Pulling it outta the water is have no issue. 4lo and snatch it out. But stopping in traffic might be an issue.
