Reputable Tire place in Richmond, VA?

My GF just moved to Richmond for Med school, and she is going to need new tires in the next month or two. Here in AZ, we use Discount tire for just about everything, but they have no locations in VA.

What companies do you guys use for your new tires/rotation/repair needs?

She is in Downtown Richmond for school, so any companies in the area would be great.

EDIT: Tires for her are small-car type tires. Not our usual off road sizes/types...

I am still in AZ, I won't be moving out until next summer.

 

I have used Goodyear tire shop with no issues so far. Also if you have a Costco or SAMs club membership they sometimes have good deals for car tires.

 

I buy from tire rack.com and get them shipped to firestone. Tires are cheaper and they are usually install cheaper and tire rack has recommended installers

 

Firestone was cheaper than Tirerack for me up here in the northern VA. I just put them on myself, but I did get the Firestone lifetime alignment deal.

 

I've been using NTB or merchants for years. Just catch one of the promotions for buy 3 get 1 free. They run that deal several times a year. My 255/85/16 bfg km2's were $710 installed for 4.
