    MIG?
    Looks good.

The weather sure has been nice here the last few days, I wish it hadn't rained (it messed up my plans to go run) but it hasn't been to cold.

Thanks guys! And yes MIG, I used the welder at my brothers shop which is a good size miller with gas... I wish my el-chepo welder would look that nice but abbé once I get gas on it.. :spy:

I also got a flowmaster 40 series yesterday and welded that in with the same machine.. Those welds weren't as pretty but they came out strong and DAMN does it sound nice now :D

That first pic gives you a better idea of what we actually did to extend the axle but this is a shot of one of the prettier welds... Workin on gettin em all to look like this

Looks pretty good, what technique are you using? Our teacher would recommend a loop technique for that weld.

    Damn, that's a steal.

So my left rear shock ended up coming off. I guess I over extended it and the treads backed out. 10" 5125's are ordered. I'll be selling the 5100s.

No clue. Pictures are in my build thread. I looked under there the other day and the piston had come off of the eye stud thing on the bottom.

Well shit man... Just a thought, I always put a paint mark on all those type bolts just so I can quick check them periodically.. Probably was more of a length issue but still can't hurt

Might do it on the new shocks. I thought I'd need them eventually anyway. I wasn't expecting to get as much lift out of these leaves as I did.

I don't participate in this group near as much as I'd like (too many other expensive hobbies) but I feel like I see more and more nice Tacos around the area so if anyone sees me rolling around give a wave :)

5125's came in the mail today. I'll put them on tomorrow. Anyone looking for a set of VERY lightly used 5100s? Under 10,000 miles on them.
