So the pic I posted of the 4R three wheeling on the escalator. Here's the video. Looks a lot more pants crappingish on video ;)

Notice the red FJ40 with the tubed rear end that ends up on it's cage in the same spot.

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
Yeah, I didn't feel like explaining the difference haha. Tube vs pipe, plate vs sheet, it's all semantics unless you are actually doing the design. I would use at least 1.75 if you want to put an expo tent on the top. Assuming the weight of gear and people and structure, you'd be looking at around 800lbs

You say that... pretty sure there's a guy on pirate4x4 that used EMT conduit for a roll cage.

Haha. OK, that tears it, gonna leave this sig up permanently, and see what I can do about a second sig that I change out!!!

Sounds like a deal. I always loved watching those 3D generator programs at work.

Man that sucks. I know how you feel though. I wish I could have helped more on your project!

Parker, if you don't call it red rocket, you should call it "road chode" since it's so stubby

It's all good Bill. You got your own going on as well. Wish I could start pictures of it and show the progress but it's in the shop. I'll start pictures and a build thread on it as soon as I get it back. :D
