Thanks. We are out there a bit. Our driveway is a quarter mile long all by itself. lol. The lake in the back yard is kinda small, but it is still nice.

Good thing you are now home and safe.

Agreed! Nice to know at least our TW brethren are safe at home.

The ones that have tow hooks I'd strap up and tow, the others I'd just push. I have Yaktrax for my boots, so I could actually do that pretty well believe it or not.

Friggin NOTHING has front tow hooks these days. Rear ones seem way more common. If they have the pop-out panel, the eyelet is usually in the spare tire equipment pouch.

Glad that some other 4x4 enthusiasts were able to get out and look for folks to help, and even more glad that you didn't find anyone. That's good that folks your way were prepared!

I towed a neighbor that had been in his truck for 11 hours today to make it home. ELEVEN. I couldn't believe it.

Think it's a guy named Scott. He came to one meeting and I think we scared him off. If it's in ridiculously good shape with BFG MT's that's him.

Two of the folks that hitched rides with me were walking when I came across them. One was in golf shoes, which I thought was pretty clever. She said her feet were freezing though. I can't imagine walking in that mess. Wind chill is around 0 now I think.

Yeah, man, that's awesome you were able to get him and get home.

Well I am at the shop again! The roads are icy as hell. Of course I popped Lil' Beast into 4wd and she just rolled right along. I even saw a Chevy and a Ford 4wd with one front and one rear tire just spinning at a stop light! Hahaha. I love my front locker!!

If only you had a dash cam! All the roads are closed around here. All the roads are sheets of ice and completely undrivable. My truck is ready if I do need to go somewhere though. :)

Well usually it is the other way around! You guys get all the snow and we are dry and clear. I wouldn't complain if it didn't come in the first place though. There was a fatal accident just outside of town yesterday afternoon. Bad roads were contributing factor.

I had to go rescue my mom and wife off of hwy 11 in Pelhams tt en last night. They weren't letting any trucks on it past a certain point. I called a. Buddy and got his four wheeler and shuttle dot hem to the truck. I pulled a total of 6 people yesterday and today. Mainly fwd cars. 2 trucks, a 1 ton dually and a ranger. Pulled one lady out of a ditch last night and someone slid into the runner. No damage to either cars so I told her to go on before she caused an accident! Lol

Thanks guys! I can't get video or picture to upload from my phone, will try later this week when I get to my home in Pelham. I just happened to be off 280 area checking on some customers when we got trapped in eagle point because of idiots in 2wd cars stuck on both entrances. What a mess, but safe at inlaws. Where's xoduce live, I think I gave you guys the impression I live off 280/119, sorry. I own a pool service company, J & N Pools.
