south east forest roads????

i am going down to kentucky, tenn. , virgina, north carolina area
to the great smokey mtn national park area. for a few days and momoth cave in ky for a few...and was looking for local area national forest service roads where you have dispersed camping for me & my family " back counrty camping" not in camp grounds....we have awsome spots in the north east you guys must have some down there....help me out give me some local tips and or places.... any info really...

p.s. i once stayed on some forest roads in virgina by a huricane campgrounds..... but been there done that...
