I don't think there's a 12 per household limit... As long as you have documentation of the people you're growing for.

Also if you don't wanna grow for other people, but you have people in your house over 21, each person in your house over 21 can grow 6 plants.

12 per household limit within denver city (or county) limits. Outside of Denver you can have 6 per person without a real top limit. You have to have a copy of the drivers licence and some paper work of every person you are growing for that says you are growing for them and they cant grow on their own. No more than three can be in the flowering stage at any one time.

You buy it by the foot. I would suggest you buy the full length and replace the entire run vs adding on to the end. You are creating a possible failure point by joining two pieces.

As far as other places - I never looked elsewhere once I found it. Just do not get the hard wire at Lowe's or HD. I is cheaper but impossible to bend in the engine bay and carries a ton of resistance. You will drain a battery real quick.

ahh gotcha. I thought I had heard about a 12 plant limit somewhere.

I understand why people don't care if it gets taxed a lot because they don't use it. but you also have to realize, if there is a high sales tax that drives up the price for the consumer (who does use it a lot), weed will stay in the black market. The people who buy it all the time are used to low prices, and they all already have "drug dealers". So if they can buy it in the store legally for $50 or pay their drug dealer $30....This whole recreational weed thing might not work out. Plus this "high tax" that discourages consumers from buying it at a pot shop will make it harder for the growers and sellers in the legal market to turn a profit.

At least that's how I see it

I agree with what others have said, it should be treated the same as alcohol and tobacco. /end rant

Yah, I saw the stuff at HD before and knew it wouldn't be any good. I've heard boat stores or place with "marine grade" stuff have the wire, but Haven't been able to find any yet.

I'll replace the whole length. I don't think my soldering gun would work on a cable that thick :p. Plus I only need ~9 feet if I replace the whole wire

9 total or 9' of each color? Yeah soldering would be funny to watch. I think the only way to "add on" would be to add a terminal in the middle and connect each wire to the terminal. That would be a pain and problematic.

9' total. two 3' black sections and a 3' red section to connect the solenoid to the winch. The cables that attach the solenoid-->battery and the winch-->battery are long enough already

EDIT: Called "West Marine" down in centennial and they said they had 2 ga. marine grade cables for ~$4 a foot (NAPA said $12.00 for 3 ga.). I'm gonna go check it out

You can always look at places that do radio installs, I used to find that cable at places like that for sale by the foot.

New to the Taco world. Not sure how many of you trail but would be interested in joining some time. Tried to do Yankee Hill and as far as I could to Chinns after some snow last Sunday. Pfft, got stuck numerous times and hardly made it anywhere lol.

Is there a cheap way to get stock fog light switches? I'm not paying ~$40 for a mass produced piece of plastic....

EDIT: NVM I'm going with a different switch set up.

I want to wire two bed lights up into one switch (3 position switch) so that I'll have the option to turn them off, turn on only the fog, and turn on the spot and fog. Is anyone good with electrical wiring? Does this mean I need an On-Off-On switch? I'm confused with the list of specs on the different options (double pole, double throw, 6-spade, 30amp, and so on)

So because I'm pro firearm you think I'm anti-gay marriage? Most people here know my stance on that and I'm all for it. What's fair for me should be fair for anyone else and it doesn't bother me one bit. I don't believe in any party line so good luck trying to get me with a 'gotcha' question because I'm for freedom for individuals and not power for politicians.

Yeah, that double standard is what's wrong with this country. People no longer have the idea of freedom for everyone because it's what's right and instead want theirs and don't care if you get yours. You already said it depends on the issue but you also stated that you hope they tax the hell out of it because you don't personally use it. Does our government really need MORE money?

But it's still a MUCH higher tax rate. Why shouldn't it be taxed at the same rate as anything else? Wouldn't the additional revenue at the standard tax rate be a HUGE increase in what is taken in already? Creating another higher tax rate for a purchased item because people had to beg the overlords to be able to have it is simple wrong no matter how you slice it and those who support it because they don't do it themselves don't get it either.

Why would people complain about them rounding up all the Jews if they weren't Jewish?

Pretty extreme example but you get my point. It's about what's right.

That made me lol. Kind of comparing apples to oranges there. But I get why your saying.

And Yes I still say tax the fuck out of it because it does nothing productive for society. That's why I say it.
