but the sky cam was watching and he posed no visible threat to the average citizen to fear for their life, If someone would have pulled a gun and shot him dont you feel that they would be going to jail?

 

You don't think running from the police and carjacking fools in rush hour traffic isn't a threat to or a menace to society?

 

Why do you think the police didn't stop getting involved? Because he's dangerous to the lives of innocent drivers on the road.

 

Not to mention he ran into/over a trooper!!!

 

Y'all hear about homie in Colo springs that's wanted in connection with an attempted murder/road rage incident? What's different about being struck by a car on a highway and then some crazed lunatic resembling a human male species tries to yank your hapless ass out of your vehicle...

 

Spare me the that's not a self defense issue and go read Colorado statute 18-1-704 and surrounding statutes lol ;-)

 

i agree with you, im just running through scenario's in my head.

 

Anybody who approaches my car I go on the defensive. I actually had some guy get out of his truck behind me while I was waiting to turn left at a stoplight once just to ask if I had a cigarette Didn't roll the window down or anything. I always be sure to leave a good space in front of me too when I stop just in case I need to drive away to escape.

 

Sorry about the extended amount of posts...thoughts just kept leaking out lol

 

My dad has taught me well. I also always sit facing doors if I'm at a restaurant or something and evaluate where the exits are. Haha

That's why I hate a lot of the classrooms at school. Death traps.

 

Aaron, I wasnt trying to argue that the d bag shouldnt have been shot I was just saying that if a citizen would have pulled a gun and shot him that there would have been a ton of questions as to why they used deadly force, and very likely they would have jail time. If i was put in that situation I would have let him have my vehicle and saved myself the jail time is all i was getting at. If he wanted to try and fight me for the vehicle and i felt my life was threatened then thats a different story thats all.
