Not yet, I am still working on parts. I am thinking doing a 6" body lift and 3 " suspension lift + 295/75/12's running maybe km2's siped and studded. lol

 

or just a 9" body lift....................LOL

 

I took your theory 1 step further I crossed out 245/75/16 and wrote 265/70/16. I haven't measured them yet but they don't look any wider. Maybe it takes time.

 

You wont be able to "see" the difference. When your driving you will notice a difference. I crossed out my 285's and suddenly they stopped rubbing, but only when I was not looking.

 

Bump for one week to go.

 

Sum bitch.... Not sure if we will even fuckin make it to Reno. My truck decided to be a punk starting Monday. Decides to do this to me right before vacation. and IM hurt from an injury that happened at work two weeks ago that leaves me one has handed so now IM all around pissed.. Got to steer with leg so I can shift with left hand.

I'll deal with my arm, but i'm trying to figure out the trucks problem without going to the stealership for diagnosis. I'm still gonna leave here Thursday morning at 5am and head that way no matter what.

 

So looks like I wont be able to go this weekend my brother had to take my truck back to Elko wont get it back til next week.

Oh, and since I sold my truck last weekend, I'll be in my other truck now for this run. It'll be the maiden voyage for it offroad so we'll see how it does prior to me redoing the entire suspension.

Hi guys. Some of those names look familiar from reno4x4 I was invited to the run but wont be able to make it it looks like.

Anyhow for those that are interested in this kind of thing there is an off road race coming soon. Sept, 10 Ill be out there, its a qualifier for KING OF THE HAMMERS ( if you aint know you betta ax somebody, lol) its a type of XRRA, desert race, and fast paced overland race. Rock crawlers that do a couple laps over all types of terrain. big names like shannon campbell are running.

i will also be at the GSR friday night sept 9 to check thing out.

If you guys are interseted lemme know and I didnt mean to thread jack either I just see this is a good spot to catch reno/sparks people, and i'd like to meet some you, its nice to know like minded people.

Fliter was clogged!!!! Off Road shop re-ordered the correct Dry-S filter and it will be here next week. The auto parts store down the road got me a $28.99 filter for now. Runs like a champ. Be in Sparks at noon tomorrow.
