wheeling mormon trail + pine nut rd 06-20 or 2-09

Im heading up into the Desert National Wildlife reserve this weekend to inspect a Scan climate station for the US Forest service. I will be running the mormon trail between corn creek rd and 93. with a side trip up Pine nut rd. this is a easy class 2 trail which features a trek trough peek-a-boo canyon. It is also stock friendly. 30" tires open diffs and high clearance 2WD OK PERFECT NEWBIE Trail

we will stop for lunch up at the desert pass campground and do some light camp ground maintainance (trash pick inspect ect)

awesome senery on this trail with no difficult obstacles

come out and run your TRD pre runner or 4x4 and help book some volunteer hours for our cause to boot.

we will meet at the Indian reservation gas station east on the sno mountain exit on the east side of 95 roughly between Kiel canyon rd and Lee Canyon rd.

post up here with interest and day you would prefer to go Sat or Sun.

bring trash bags Lunch and extra Drinks

Full Gas tanks required

I can't go today

....I'll check back later today and see if you went today or are going Sunday. We had some plans for Sunday, but I'll mention this to the bf and see what he'd rather do

. He has been saying he wants to go 4wheeling, but we have just been sooo busy.
