for those going, you may want to pack a few essentials..

    1. firewood - NO nails in pallets
    2. lounge chairs
    3. ice chest with waters and beer
    4. snacks
    5. camera
    6. toilet paper
    7. hand sanitizer
    8. ez-up tent/canopy
    9. flashlight or lantern

the race is not far from the outlets, so food is readily available...

there are some outhouses there at main pit and im sure they will have port-a-pots, but gas stations are not too far off

Meeting Spot - McDonalds/Chevron in Fontana off I-15 at Sierra Avenue exit. 7:45am.

    Address below.

    3870 Sierra Ave
    Fontana, CA 92336

We will roll out of McDonalds at 8am sharp.

We should arrive at Barstow by 9am, top off fuel at the outlets and pick up any last minute supplies. Then head into Barstow Main and set up camp.

Trophy Kart race starts at 1pm. We can do some wheeling after that to explore for a good spot to watch the race from. MM3 and MM26 look good so far.

Race starts at 6pm and ends by 2am and partying goes on until about 5am.

Engage Offroad will likely have a pretty good sized campfire going so bring your marshmallows and whatever else you want to roast on the fire.

It will be pretty warm out there at night, so I don't think you will need sleeping bags, but if you have a sleeping tent, bring it along.

For those with race/HAM radios, we will likely be on 153.110 and on CB ch.22

    60 miles...

ya know, you can probably head to barstow the back way via the 58 into Barstow, then 15 south to Lenwood...

or across Pearblossom on the 138 to the 18 to the 15 north to Outlet Center...

well, i have the ext warranty on my truck (only 2 months left) so hopefully i'll be good w/ that. the dealership is prob gonna try to stiff me by saying it's all the heim steering and LT's fault... we'll see

if i have to buy a new one it'll be like $500 just for the rack. ugh... gonna cut into my rear susp budget
