The road is still closed due to the station fire. Big wash truck trail and Pinyon ridge truck trail are open. Both are accessible from the northern side of the SGM, off of Big Pines HWY or Angeles Crest.

Last Sunday I was on Big Rock trail and Pinyon Ridge trail. The trails were in good condition, no ruts. I'm looking at going to the East Fork of the San Gabriel for hiking this Sunday.
