    Well I will be going down to Mission Bay November 10-12th. I was wondering if you guys know of any prerunner friendly trails around that area where I can kind of let loose.

    Well theres nothing around the beach area, you'd have to head east to the inland valleys/local mountains etc; But you not being from around here would have to go to Corral canyon or Pine valley, but I'd suggest that you follow the SoCal threads close to the time you're planning to visit , theres a pretty good chance one of us will host a trail run & of course you'd be more than welcome to go with us....:D
