Nice... I had Cooper Discoverer STTs and ATRs... on my 2005. The STTs were WAY LOUD on the highway and terrible in sand... not unusual for a mud terrain/ 3 ply sidewall tire... but the ATRs were nice, quiet and good in sand, just not aggressive looking like the STTs.

This ST Maxx is a nice looking tire... What size did you get and how much do they sell for?

I can only see 1 week in advance with Time Warner cable. Strangely X Games is on at 6pm on the 26th and not 5pm as mentioned on the ad.

no, its more of an extreme hybrid AT, I did not read one review, magazine or private review that did not rate them very high for all around use.

Thanks again for your help Jason. Truck feels excellent now, it was great working with you and I definitely learned a lot!

On a separate note, does anyone have any recommendations for a tint shop in SD county? Good quality/price middle ground.
Also, a good junk yard/auto salvage for older toyotas? I'm trying to find a power steering setup for my truck (box, shaft, brackets, etc)

No problem, took quite a long time but worked out in the end..glad I could help.

As far as parts Gallants Truck salvage in Oceanside probably has that stuff but he charges quite a bit...the guy has a giant steel building filled with millions of dollars worth of cars. Tight sonuva he is!!

Back to work for me, todays plan:

Finish head gasket/replace head on 1999 Tacoma 3.4 (have about 3 hours left

Finish YZ250f motor rebuild, piston was too high, have to rip the head and cylinder off AGAIN and put in a standard compression piston instead..ugh

Then I have to finish a bike build for a customer, took a YZ250 (2-stroke) and built it just like mine for Enduro/Desert racing with all the best parts money can buy. Damn think makes my bikes look like junk! Haha I have a few hours on that one too before its all dialed in.

Lastly (should be starting this thing by about 8PM tonight) My CRF 450r race bike is torn down to the transmission gears, have to reassemble the motor and the bike, I am supposed to go ride it in the morning..

    Busy day..., and night.
