That klx seems pretty good. Perfect for Doug.

And when I typed in klx my phone auto corrects to old. It's a sign.

yup, greased, re-torqued, adjust front coils, finished rebuilding by-passes, change air filter, cleaned the TB, lubed all the shock balls, test drive and threw a recovery bag in the back seat.

Don't really need to start a thread for this so I'll just yell......

ANY & ALL GUYS GOING TO THIS.....WHO HAS ARMOR & WHO DOESN'T ??? i KNOW THE REGULARS THAT ARE GOING DO, THIS IS MORE FOR OUR NEWER MEMBERS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN OUT WITH US BEFORE, ALSO (& THIS IS IMPORTANT) WHAT IF ANY OFFROAD EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE ?? & BE HONEST, IF YOU'VE NEVER OFFROADED OR ARE VERY INEXPERIENCED PLEASE MAKE IT KNOWN HERE & NOW, NOT AT THE TRAILHEAD....

It's ok to be new to offroading & have lost count as to how many cherries I/we have popped but pancake rock is NOT the place for first timers , it's not rated but if it was it'd be close to single black diamond (advanced)

I'm done, just throwing it out there...

Damn, I was looking forward for tomorrows trail run. I came to Yuma from El Cajon to pick up my truck and drive over tomorrow morning. I've only put on 30 miles since the lift kit was installed so I decided to do some test runs in the nearby desert in 4x4 that passed but I wanted to make sure it was ready for the freeway. Once I got to 70 MPH my front passenger tire decided to take a break and left me to three wheel it down the interstate.

The rotor took all of the grind.

I was able to install the spare and drive it home but its a hard way to learn to double check and torque all bolts regularly especially if wheeled regularly.
