Dry Ice with food will freeze or carbonate your food...

Have one chest just for ice (no food) and put the dry ice in it to keep the wet ice frozen longer... Seal that chest up and don't open it until you run low of ice in your food/drink ice box.

Also, use block ice if the purpose is longer ice life. Add crushed ice to fill the voids or to have for cocktails. Crushed ice will be gone the soonest.

Block ice alone can last up to 5 days in hot weather (using a 5-day ice chest, keeping it covered or out of the sun, and opening very little). Having a second chest full of ice, saved with dry ice added, will give you another 5 days of ice in the desert.

It depends, if hangars need to be changed or modified, if new muffler is shorter and needs tubing added, etc..
It can vary, PM me for details and we can figure it out.

Good morning SD, I'm heading out that way later today and will be in town for a couple days. Do any of you have some must do/see for a visitor. Looking for some cool hiking spots, wheeling spots, grub, anything really. I'll be out at Mission Bay.

Torrey Pines is great for hiking near the ocean but it's probably 25-30 min from Mission Bay depending where you're at.

Drive safe and enjoy your time here!

My favorite place to eat is Lil Piggy's BBQ on Coronado Island, very good ice cream near mission bay is Mr. Frostie in pacific beach, the absolute best soft serve around.

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Installed a lift on an FJ yesterday. A mix of different parts but it gets the job done. King COs, TC UCAs, Icon rear shocks and icon rear springs I think!
Turned out really good made a huge difference in height, the old suspension was totally sacked out!

So my girlfriend helps with a local dog rescue that focuses on pit/American staffordshire mix dogs. They are in desperate need of people to help foster dogs untill they find a home. The rescue provides everything the dogs need, you just provide a place for them to stay

Haha, you got it, a lot of people dont do it and wonder why the truck starts pulling to one side after a day of off roading especially with LT since they tend to get "USED" to its fullest extent (and beyond lol) . If you look at the pics I posted he had two of the tabs flattened out from the cam knocking it over since its just a weak sheet metal tab welded on to the chassis.
I have done over 15 sets so I can almost do them with my eyes closed at this point but I promise not to try that just to prove a point on your rig haha!
Another thing I recommend for LT trucks (if you dont have them yet) are the tower gussets for the UCAs keeps the tower and frame from flexing and just makes it much stronger since it ties the tower into the actual frame.
BTW those pics of your truck look nice, sweet rig bud!
PM me anytime and Ill get you dialed in.

I wish I could take one or two, no fence and a kitty cat do not allow at this time. Hope they find some good homes for the doggies!
