Meetup.com is a site to meet all kinds of people with similar interests. I use it mostly for a motorcycle riding meetup group, but there's a 20s and 30s age group for Santa Barbara that is pretty active with hikes and stuff.

Also, I just got word that my parents want to come visit me this weekend so I'm out for hot springs on Saturday. Maybe I'll do a quick run next weekend, but I'm for sure camping over the 3-day weekend.

Awesome I'll join. I'm going camping at Jalama Beach this weekend so I won't be going but I'd definitely be interested in a trip sometime.

Sounds good! We'll play it by ear though, cause I heard it could be 80° up there this weekend and I'm not too stoked about getting in the hotsprings when it's that hot.

Might just go to the range in the morning and shoot some clays though!

Do you go to the range off the 154? I've never been there but I've heard the shots while bouldering at the playgrounds. I want to check it out sometime. Do they rent? I don't like to keep guns in IV. Especially when I live with 6 other people.

I think you're talking about the "private" gun off off west. Right? :notsure: Don't think they rent, but I'm not %100 since I've only been there a handful of times and I've never needed too.

I'm talking about going to the open range off East. There is no renting but I'm sure you could barter some beer to shoot someones gun. :D

On another note, when are we going to see some of that swell that's hitting Hawaii?? Only ankle biters tonight.

I grew up with this same thought about all of this land south of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Does any one know where to get Stainless steel flex brake lines made at in the Ventura/Camarillo area? I tried Oxnard hose but right now I'm 4 for 4 on them blowing apart on me.

Don't know anywhere local that sales them, sorry. I just ordered from allpro and they came pretty quickly. That's something that's hard to screw up too!
