I agree with you. Thats why I asked Icon when I was out there. In the next few weeks I will be adding a Pelfrey front plate bumper and a rear HC bumper, a winch with sythentic rope and I already have a Pelfrey IFS skid on my prerunner. I was sure that I was I would be needing to upgrade the springs but they seemed to think the opposite. Guess i'm just down to seeing how it rides with the current springs and if they suck I'll upgrade to the 700/14 springs anyways. Granted I have almost no preload right now but we'll see what happens when all that stuff is added into the mix.

Very much agree. Mine have held up well with my heavy ass bumper and towing.

 

Your shocks were Donahoes too. Id go with the allpro standards. I really like mine and you can't beat the price. I would also go with longer coils as well. You have a shit ton of Preload.

You would still recommend the standards even tho he has a plate style rear bumper and a spare tire and jerry can hanging off of the rear bumper ? :scratcheshead:

 

I have considered the expo pack, but I don't think I get the truck loaded up enough to need them.

And Ryan, that is the plan but I don't wanna be hitting bump every time I go wheeling up its done.

 

Take into consideration that there's a lot of weight well past your rear axles already just with your bumper and space tire, that makes a difference with actual weight distribution.
