So wheel bearings that where installed last week...wobble like crazy...
Ordered new huh assemblies for both. Waiting for them...

no idea...while the truck was at bear getting an alignment, the guy calls me over and shows me how bad the passanger side moves.
then the driver side i checked when rotating my tires, its not as bad but it still moves...
I ordered 2 new assemblies from nj636 on here now. some shitty luck

I messed up by not keeping my stock ones

 

Yeah I know BamaToy sells them here too, I think.

I got the timken ones from Rock Auto, and they've lasted me quite a while now. Changed both sides at 90k and haven't had a problem yet.

Don't get me started on Tie Rod ends...can't find any other than OEM that fit the TC extensions, and my inners have been loose for months.

 

I replaced my oem hubs with bamas at 111k
And at 141k they took a shit...all the grease was completely out of the assembly and inside the spindles
So idk how they only lasted 30k miles.

w/e i got the other set being made hopefully finished tomorrow

he process will include:

• Proper full greasing of the new bearing (NOBODY else does this)
• installation of bearing seal
• installation of mounting nuts
• pressing of wheel hub into bearing
• installation of hub backing nut and torque to spec.
