    Yeah I'd thought about that, I guess the trick is to cut with saw (cutting torch would temper too much) & THEN use a torch to heat up the ends & form them to the perch, the guy I got them from is an old left turn only NASCAR dude & he's done alot of alterations to springs so he says "No problem" & I trust him soooo guess we'll see..

    The ricer spec cut springs are problem cause there is no increase in spring rate and the shock is running midstroke with a ??? spring rate.

    Doug I hope those have enough spring rate for you, the who knows though. How long are the springs your replacing? More spring equates to more block height (if a heavier spring rate) which can decrease the travel you have. Food for thought.

    If you need to borrow spring compressors for a bit let me know I got a couple sets.
