found this on a thread not to long ago and it should help

    Questions are
    1) From Chapman/Jamboree, I take Chapman, and make a left on Silverado. From there I just follow the road until it turns into dirt?

Follow it through town and it ends at the trailhead.

    2) How long is the trail? Once I start, how long am i driving for before I get to the other side? and where is the other side?

Depends on where you go. At the first fork the right trail heads up to the radio towers and you can get out in Corona or go further and end up in Lake Elsinore. Get a map or GPS unit and bring someone with you.
The last time I was there the right trail was locked so we went left. It comes to another fork and we went left again and hit another locked gate.

    3) Is it a two way trail? meaning I should be careful for head on trucks?

    Yes.

Lastly, are there certain times the trail opens? I'm planning to start at 9AM.

    Ususally it is open 24/7.
