    Agreed. Norv Turner has never had a winning record overall (he's under .500 for his coaching career). He was a stupid hire.

    Firing Schottenheimer after a 14-2 season and #1 AFC seed in the playoffs was fucking stupid, regardless of which round the Chargers scrubbed out in.

    But then, San Diego's current ownership has always been impatient.
