NicNac after I wrote that I was like that link sounds familiar then I clicked and had a DUH moment

 

I wrote and called all the Pit Rescue places here in SoCal and unfortunately they are all full. And for those people who have a misconception of pits I feel sorry for you. There is no such thing as a bad pitbull, bad pitbulls = bad owners who don't know how to take care of their dogs.

I took him to the local Vet today to have him checked out. I was hoping he had a responsible owner who chipped him but unfortunately no chip. They said he is a healthy pup who is about 4 months old. We have a few leads but if none of them workout, my brother might keep him after all. He's growing on us...

I hope it works out that your brother keeps him. Its good to know he will go to a family that loves him. I write this as one of my pits lay at my feet, the other sleeping with my son.

 

Well we've decided to adopt him... Just couldn't let the little guy go! Since our German Sheppard was named Buster after Buster Douglas we've decided to name him Tyson! Plus he looks like a Tyson!

People are stupid ass hell. I get crap all the time about our pit. She has to be the sweetes, smartest, most loyal dog Ive ever known. There are pit shelters in SD that would take that dog and put him up for adoption in a sec. They also micro chip and make sure all there shots are up to date. Good luck
