    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    Take the GVW and subtract the curb weight. That number will be how many pounds you can haul in the truck, which includes gear, people, dogs, food, etc.

    You should be able to find those numbers on the door jamb sticker...or in the manual.

    Edmunds states a 2007 V6 4-door's payload is 1350#, but that doesn't add up right with their other numbers.
