How did u get the camera to keep the landscape horizontal and only show the truck leaning left to right? Usually the camera follows whatever angle the thing its attached too goes. Did u use some other kind of mount? Am I just trippin?

It's like the camera is floating. Must be some expensive mount.

 

Just a go-pro HD camera on a suction cup mount on the roof of the truck. Usually I mount it at the front of the roof so that you can see the truck's hood but this time I mounted it to the rear of the roof (Double cab) so you cannot see the hood. Solid mount so you must be trippin lol. Except for when the truck teeters on some areas.

 

Damn. I'm really looking for a floating type mount especially when I'm filming on my motorcyle. I've seen videos where it only shows the bike leaning and the camera stays upright. Look up valetino rossi. He has a camera set up on the back of his bike and it looks trippy when he leans the bike.

Yeah Iv'e seen his vids and want to do something similar on my dirt bike. Look up gopro "helmet pole" this can swivel around and get incredible views from behind etc...almost like a helicopter is flying behind you fiilming
