Stupid until the day someone changes the song on their Ipod and has an accident, killing one of your good friends. When driving you should be doing just that. DRIVING. I don't text, and I have been known to even ignore my phone ringing if I am in traffic. A good friend of mine got killed by a girl who said she was just plugging in her Ipod when she ran her off the road.

Agreed, update would be nice. Most mistakes like that can be appropriately challenged and your license cleared of the offense if the officer made a mistake.
