Anyone have any suggestions for camping in the Lake Elsinore area? I will be working there tomorrow late and don't want to drive back to the OC only to return early the next morning. RTT is already on the truck...thanks

    Jay,

There's a campground on the NW shore of the lake (forgot the name) but it'll do for a night. Definitely not the best campground, but I stayed there in my parents RV as a kid a few times.

EDIT: Name of the site is "Lake Elsinore Marina & RV Resort". I wouldn't call it anything with the name "resort" in it though. LOL

LOL...thanks Matt. I have to do a build out at the outlet center. I think that place is around $20 for the night.

Yup. Or you could crawl up Indian Truck Trail, park on the dirt for the night. Not as much security as the RV Park, but it's free.
