    We're headed out to Johnson Valley OHV area, possibly changing location to camp rock road- but they're very close to each other anyways

    This area is where they held this year's King of Hammers race, so there is more than enough for you to test your sliders & ATRAC (as I will be)
    It also has the soggy dry lake with plenty of whoops & flat land for those of you with those cute lil 2 wheel drive thingies...

    Meeting up at 8 pm Friday night at the Arby's off of bear valley road- right as you exit the 15.
    TRIP DATES:
    FRIDAY AUGUST 23 8 PM at Arby's
    Then heading out to set up base camp
    All day Saturday AUGUST 24
    Wake up, cook breakfast, Rock crawl, general tomfoolery, beer and massive camp fire, then camp that night
    And go home SUNDAY AUGUST 25

    I'll be bringing a few more people to ride along and my girlfriend lets make this one big!

    We've got at least one more 4x tundra coming! He's not on the forum yet though.
    Does anyone have a big BBQ to cook for 20 ish people at a time? Or a shower? I've been meaning to buy a portable one..

    Haha yeah it's hot as balls out there
    But If it doesn't rain between now & then, the lake bed is concrete & the rest just dusty. I know what you mean though I've had that mud caked on my bike & I'm pretty sure it's still on there.
    I'm trying to figure out some way to keep cool out there... No rv for me sadly.
    Anyone got a generator??

    I picked this weekend cause it was the only one my girlfriend was free, but maybe I'll save her the heat & take her somewhere nice this weekend.
