    Where can I buy or rent snow chains? Heading over to Big Bear tomorrow and it seems like they are requesting chains to go up. Not sure if they are making people use them but I think they have to have some in the car. Or better yet anyone have snow chains for sale/rent/loan? I'm located in San Diego. any info will be appreciate it.
