    Yo, I just came back from the toyota dealer. In my case, they wanted me to come back when it was actually squeaking. They ordered me a new clutch pedal. Try to go to the dealer and have a service guy come check it out when it is actually squeaking.

    btw, Thx for the metal piece! :D
