Trabuco Canyon (aka Holy Jims) or Santiago Canyon-harder and can take all the way to Corona.

Set up a meet for one weekend and I'll go to show you the way...plus I'm 4x4 so we can do crazier stuff and just have a tow strap ready...

Well Ive been to Holy Jim, but I stopped at the Hiking Trail Head (where the PortaPottys & National Forest Sign are). Can you go any further than this? If so, how far?

And Santiago Canyon, are you guys referring to Main Divide or a completely different trail? Ive done about 10 miles of Main Divide and that was pretty fun, but I did it 3x already and Im ready for something new.

EDIT: Ive never gone all the way through Main Divide though, maybe that would be fun.

I think it just refers to the general area. Chapman street eventually turns into Santiago Canyon as you continue heading SE on it. From Santiago canyon, you can take some branching streets which leads you to places like Main Divide Road and the Holy Jim Trail
