    I am about 5 feet 6 inches...I wear a L...I was up at 185 and still wore a L...I am down at 163 now and a L is a little big but a Med is snug tight... They are preshrunk and compared to most of my other shirts they seem to be the same size. If you are not sure I would get a XL...if you generally where XL. Or if you wear a L then I would get the L. There are no refunds on sizes as they are made when i get the order. PM me if you have any questions.
