last night a dude i know told me about an area back in lockwood valley that's about a mile off the road and it's this al-qaeda looking training camp. he showed me some pics and it's crazy. theres 7' trenches with bunkers, sandbags, barb wire, fox-holes, spent ammo and all kinds of crazy stuff. it looks like a WWI war zone with trenches on both sides and no mans land in-between. we'll have to check it out when we hit up cuyama peak. i'll get directions on how to get there when we decide on a date for a meet.

 

Sounds like some MW2 shit....sweet.

I say SB but thats just me. Im down for a drive too though mabey ventura?

When, is gonna be another matter. I know Ill have to request a day off from work. Just put down WHERE and WHEN works for you. Hopefully it turns out well like the the guys hostin the offical socal "Mod Days".

That's cool, at least your close to Main St., beaches, and Ojai, can't beat that. I just bought in Montalvo area, off Ramelli, Telephone, Bristol area, very nice neighborhood, nieghbors are cool as hell, so I can't wait to move in. It's been about 3 weeks since it closed, we pretty much ripped everything out of every room except the kitchen and bathrooms, lots of demo, lots of improvements, a couple more weeks of finish work and I will finally be Nard free

 

Some places in Oxnard suck but not all of Oxnard sucks. I wouldn't want to live in Rose Park or Colonia but I have family that live there. Every city has a place that sucks.

 

But that's just my opinion.

 

How does Saturday Feb 20th sound to everyone? In SB. I was thinking we could meet up at the Mission or the museum and head to Gibraltar reservoir? It's a great drive. It's been a while but I'm pretty sure you can drive almost the entire way. Anyone have any other ideas?

I've never been there, do you need a 4X4 to make I there? I have a PreRunner w/o the E-locker.
