What a beautiful day in the desert!

We got there about 10 pm and joined the group around the campfire... Since burning wood is boring, how about a beer bottle full of gasoline?

Our son was there to pit for a Class 10 race buggy driven by Gunnar Peterson. The only scheduled stop was on Lap 4 for 20 gallons of racing fuel for the Honda powered single seater.

The first couple of laps we watched from a hilltop before parking by the pit...

The shock limiting strap braket is torn loose. They attempt to weld it back on, but that didn't work out so the race ended here.
