Pine valley is off the 8 east awesome trails if you were to exit pine valley take a right and you run straight into the off road park but you will need to purchase an adventure pass to offroad there or you could get fined, you can pick up the adventure pass at the ranger station off the 8east at willows road take a right at the stop go down about a hundred yards on the right hand side. theres jacumba also nice trails buddy went this past weekend.
This is a site J4RR gave me http://www.dirtopia.com/wiki/Main_Page awesome with a nice list of trails!

There are some great trails in between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake. Dishpan Springs and Cleghorn is in that area too.
