Engine Sale Question

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, didnt know where to put it, im looking to sell my basically new 4.0 engine off of my 2007 tacoma, Im looking to put a 4.7 v8 or similar engine into the tacoma.
I have a few questions
how much are these engines worth, it only has 8500 miles on it.
where do i go to sell it for the most money
what shops in san diego/so cal can i go to have the mounts and everything installed?

and to clear things up, im building a desert truck( i know i know why ruin a new truck) but im gonna have it street legal for a while, not to terribly concerned about gas mileage, just need a good fit
