    The guy essentially Tonya Harding'd a player and was fined $25,000. For attacking a player! To put that in perspective, Will Witherspoon got fined $40,000 for a legal hit on Donovan McNabb. Way to send a message, NFL.

    On the flip side, Carroll is habitually running out of bounds. He wouldn't have been knee-capped had he not crossed the sideline.
