Awesome, I lived in Middle GA all my life and never been to even a practice round. Definitely want to go at least once. Have a son-in-law now that can probably get me a ticket one of these years.

Mitch, your on the west side right? Have you ever gone to the red tail golf sale? Trying to figure out if it's worth it or not to drive out to the Beav.

Judging from TV, I'd swear they send out an army of workers and have every single piece of pine straw on the ground aligned in some pattern. Every stray leaf picked up as it falls too.

We did have a pretty good spring in the area this year for maximum green up and blooming.

It seems like it. The fairways are cut like our greens up here. And they have an army of workers around the greens between groups. Making sure everything is perfect.

I'm so glad Spieth won yesterday.

Nice. I shot a 90 this weekend. Which for me is even par. I'm happy when I shoot 90. I'd love to get down in the mid 80s but I don't practice enough and don't take putting as seriously as I need to.

Avid golfer. Played in Middle and High School and had offers to play college. Grew up on a less than decent golf course in KY so im not great but I have been addicted since I was young! Recently bought a walking membership and ive found that I appreciate the game much more now than when I was riding in a cart. (Walking 18 is a good workout too)

Totally agree on walking your round, I stay more focused on my course management, instead of flying up to my next shot and flailing away...

Just picked up the clubs last weekend for the first time in way too long. I tried to get tickets to the U.S. Open 6 months back since I live 20 miles south of this year's Open. No bueno. I may look on the black market if I really get the urge to go.

Went to Top Golf on Sunday and saw Tiger’s doppelganger. Tiger Woods hat and a red shirt. Tiger always wears red on Sundays
